Booking registration, down payment

Options of booking are maintained when there is not other request definitively confirmed. The reservation is acknowledged upon receipt of a written confirmation sent with a down payment of 20% of the total hiring cost* (*all taxes included). The remaining balance must be entirely paid before the date the track is scheduled for use. The down payment involves the definitive acceptance of the reserved date and any cancellation involves invoicing of the full hiring cost. (CC. L. 114-1, L. 131-1)
